ICTD is the Division in charge of managing information and technology resources. This includes the installation and maintenance of computer network resources; the development and deployment of information management tools; digitalization of operational procedures and processes; provision of technical support to Offices nation-wide; ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and feasiblilty of examination data resources, maintaining reliable and efficient data repositories; adapting the tools of process improvement to ensure effective digitization and to optimize the accuracy of data collection; and the overall analyses and alignment of Council's technology infrastructure with her strategic plans.
