Platform for registering for WAEC School Candidates examinations
The School Recognition System (SRS) application was developed by the Information and Communications Technology Division (ICTD) in conjunction with Schools Examination Department. The system was designed to maintain information on schools recognized by the Council for the conduct of examination exercises.
This platform is used by WAEC Nigeria to register Schools that have been inspected for recognition by designated staff of Branch and Zonal offices.
The system allows information on schools seeking recognition to be treated electronically and received in at the National Office in real-time without stress. Furthermore, it eliminates the risks and expenses associated with traveling from various parts of the country to submit school recognition reports.
